About Vital Warrior

Vital Warrior is a nonprofit organization providing a disciplined system of breathwork, meditation, mantra, movement, and martial discipline, created to serve combat veterans and those working through sustained adversity. Tax-deductible donations fund the mission.

Donations

Donations are processed by Stripe on pages hosted by Stripe. When you donate, you agree to Stripe’s terms as well as these terms. Vital Warrior never receives or stores your payment card information.

Vital Warrior Inc is a U.S. 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation unless explicitly stated at the time of the gift. Donors who contribute $250 or more in a calendar year will receive a written acknowledgment as required by the IRS.

Donations are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error — for example, a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount — contact us at info@vitalwarrior.org within 30 days and we will review the request in good faith. Recurring donations can be canceled at any time by replying to any Stripe receipt or by contacting us.

Use of the Site

You may view and share the content on this Site for personal and informational purposes. You agree not to (a) interfere with the Site’s operation or security, (b) use the Site in any way that violates applicable law, (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure, or (d) use automated systems to scrape, republish, or redistribute the Site’s content without written permission.

Intellectual property

The Site’s text, images, design, and other content are owned by Vital Warrior or used with permission and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. The name “Vital Warrior” and associated logos are marks of Vital Warrior Inc. The Vital Warrior album is licensed to its respective streaming platforms and is subject to those platforms’ terms.

Not medical advice

The breathwork, meditation, movement, and related content offered by Vital Warrior is educational in nature and is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical or mental health condition, are pregnant, or have any concern about whether this practice is appropriate for you, consult a licensed professional before beginning. Use of the practice is at your own risk.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services (including Stripe and music streaming platforms). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms, or availability.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vital Warrior disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vital Warrior, its directors, officers, volunteers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the practice, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
